Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange Policy


1. The consumer may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product:

• Has not been used.

• Is in its original condition.

• Is unopened in the case of cleaning products.

2. Cleaning products (powder) may not be exchanged if the packaging has been opened, due to health and safety reasons, except in cases of:

• Manufacturing defects.

• Incorrect product sent.

3. The consumer bears the shipping costs for exchange requests, unless the exchange is due to a store error or a manufacturing defect.


Cases Where Exchange Is Not Applicable

1. If the product has been used or is no longer in its original condition.

2. If cleaning products under the REMOVER brand have been opened or used, for health and safety reasons.

3. If the defect resulted from misuse or improper storage by the consumer.

4. If the damage resulted from use that does not comply with the stated usage instructions.


Refund Policy

1. The consumer may request a refund within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that:

• The product has not been used.

• The product and all accessories are in good condition.

• The packaging of cleaning products is unopened.

2. Opened cleaning products are not eligible for refund in order to maintain health and safety standards.

3. In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect or incorrect product shipment, the store shall bear:

• Shipping costs.

• A refund or replacement, at the consumer’s discretion.

4. Manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments do not include natural odors or normal characteristics resulting from the manufacturing process or materials used, as such cases are not considered defects or errors.


Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases

• Used or opened products, especially cleaning products.

• Damage caused by misuse or improper storage.
