Exchange Policy
- Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to exchange the product received from the store within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. The consumer shall not have the right to exchange the product after this period.
- To qualify for an exchange, the product must be in good condition, unused, and not benefited from in any way. The store has the right to inspect the product before completing the exchange to ensure its condition. The consumer shall bear the shipping costs in case of exchange within the Kingdom, and in the case of international exchange, the consumer shall bear the full shipping costs and deliver the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
The consumer is not entitled to exchange the product in the following cases:
- If the product was manufactured at the consumer’s request or according to specifications defined by the consumer, except for products with defects or that do not match the specified requirements.
- If the product consists of videotapes, discs, CDs, or software that has been used.
- If the product consists of newspapers, magazines, publications, or books, or any other type of intellectual works.
- If a defect in the product appeared due to the consumer’s mishandling.
- If the contract involves the provision of accommodation, transport, or catering services.
- If the contract involves the purchase of software downloads via the internet.
Return Policy
- Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory warranty provisions, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product received from the store within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. The consumer shall not have the right to return the product after this period.
- To qualify for a return, the product must be in good condition, unused, and not benefited from in any way. The store has the right to inspect the product before accepting the return to ensure its condition.
- The consumer shall bear the costs associated with the return process within the Kingdom. In the case of international returns, the consumer shall bear the full shipping costs and deliver the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
