Introduction to the Terms of Use:

By using the store, whether as a consumer of its products or services or otherwise, you agree and acknowledge that you have full legal capacity under Sharia and law to accept all provisions of this agreement. Your use constitutes full acceptance and commitment to its terms.


This agreement applies to all types of dealings between the consumer and the store. It becomes valid and binding once you approve it and begin registering on the store, in accordance with Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.




Article 1 – Preamble and Definitions:

The preamble above forms an integral part of this agreement. Below are the key terms used herein:

  1. (Store) refers to all forms of the store on the internet, whether as a mobile application, website, or physical shop.
  2. (Consumer) refers to the person engaging in e-commerce with the intention of obtaining products or services offered by the store through its platform.
  3. (Agreement) refers to the terms and conditions of this document, which govern the relationship between the parties.


Article 2 – Consumer’s Legal Capacity:

  1. The consumer acknowledges that he/she has the legal capacity under Sharia and law to engage with the store, or that his/her age is not less than eighteen (18) years.
  2. If this article is violated, the consumer shall bear all consequences of such violation before third parties.


Article 3 – Nature of Commitment:

  1. The store’s commitment to consumers is to provide the (product or service).
  2. The store may also provide additional services such as after-sales support, depending on the nature of the product or service.


Article 4 – Rules of Use:

  1. The consumer undertakes to use the store’s online platform in compliance with public morals and applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. The consumer agrees not to use any product or service obtained from the store in violation of such laws or morals.


Article 5 – Accounts and Registration Obligations:

By applying for membership in the store, you agree to the following:

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to notify the store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or breach of confidentiality.
  2. The store shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss, material or moral, resulting from disclosure of your account details.
  3. You agree to use your account personally, and you are fully responsible for it. If someone else uses it, this is considered as your authorization.
  4. You agree to use the store with seriousness and credibility.
  5. You agree to provide true, accurate, updated, complete, and lawful information about yourself when registering, and to update your data when necessary.
  6. The store is committed to handling your personal data and contact details with full confidentiality.
  7. If the store determines that you have provided false, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or unlawful information, it has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership or account without prejudice to its other rights.
  8. Failure to comply with the above gives the store the right to suspend or cancel your account or prevent you from accessing its services.


Article 6 – Electronic Communications and Official Channels:

  1. Communication between the parties shall be conducted through the email registered on the platform.
  2. The consumer agrees that all agreements, notices, and communications provided electronically shall be equivalent to written ones and legally binding.
  3. The consumer agrees that the store may contact them with general or specific messages related to this agreement or their dealings.


Article 7 – Amendments to the Terms and Fees:

  1. If any clause of this agreement becomes invalid or unenforceable, the rest shall remain in force.
  2. This agreement, which may be amended from time to time, constitutes the mechanism of understanding between the consumer and the store.
  3. The store may impose fees on certain consumers depending on the offers, products, services, or government-imposed charges.
  4. The store reserves the right to add, increase, reduce, or waive fees under this agreement.


Article 8 – Payment Services:

  1. The store, through its partners, provides payment services, which may be entirely online or via other payment methods provided by the store.
  2. The store is committed to setting product or service prices in line with recognized market values.
  3. The store undertakes to issue invoices, receipts, and proof of payment for all transactions.
  4. The store is committed to maintaining proper accounting standards in compliance with this agreement and applicable regulations.


Article 9 – Intellectual Property:

  1. All intellectual property rights of the store are fully owned by the store, whether created before or after establishing this online platform.
  2. The consumer agrees to respect the store’s intellectual property, including its name, logos, words, and symbols, all of which are fully owned intellectual property of the store.


Article 10 – Store’s Responsibility:

  1. The store is committed to conducting its business legally and in accordance with the regulations of Saudi Arabia and this agreement.
  2. The store shall not be liable for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether directly or indirectly, or caused by third parties such as shipping companies.
  3. The store and its representatives commit that its products or services shall be lawful, authorized, and used only for legitimate purposes.


Article 11 – Restriction of Access or Membership:

The store may suspend, restrict, or cancel a consumer’s membership or access to services at any time without notice and for any reason.


Article 12 – Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws, regulations, and legislation applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is subject to the jurisdiction of its authorities.


Article 13 – General Provisions:

  1. Arabic shall be the official language for interpreting this agreement, even if translated into other languages.
  2. All prices displayed for products or services may change from time to time.
  3. Promotional offers are temporary and may be modified or canceled by the store at any time.
  4. The parties agree to act in compliance with Sharia, laws, and applicable regulations.
  5. This agreement may only be terminated by a decision from the store’s management.
